General Interest

Gain meaningful work experience by committing anywhere from 20 hours per week to over 30 hours on a project with the Research and Business Development Center (RBDC). Use this posting to apply to be either a Research Specialist (20 hours per week minimum) or a Junior Analyst (20 to 25 hour per week minimum).

Project Types

Projects help small/large businesses, government entities and entrepreneurs eliminate risk in their decision making. Strenuous problems are solved with data gathered from teams. Types of projects are listed below.

Training

RBDC will train you before you begin work with your client and training will continue weekly throughout the 13-week internship. Those meetings will be offered in person and online.

Mentorship

Your team will be assigned a project manager through the RBDC who will provide general guidance, insight into how to accomplish work, and assist in client meetings. You will also receive direction and instruction from your client, the RBDC Director of Business, and a community or BYU-I faculty mentor.

Junior Analyst
